The engine behind the O’Leary Consulting, LLC.  Steven is a highly experienced Product Brokerage Services Professional with a proven track record of over 30 years in selling to Key National Accounts. His expertise in the industry has earned him a reputation as one of the most respected strategic minds in the field, having successfully directed and led the growth of numerous Fortune 500 companies.

At O’Leary Consulting, Steven serves as President, where he connects brands and unique products with buyers representing a wide range of industries, ensuring comprehensive sales plans that maintain and grow distribution profitably. He oversees the development and growth of the company, collaborating with talented teams in stratigic development, and market research. With his extensive background as a strategic planner, marketing manager, and director of national accounts, Steven helps O’Leary Consulting’s clients recognize their brand’s potential by providing creative and strategic thinking and planning.

Steven’s passion for clients and his curiosity for product brokerage foster an engaged culture that delivers results above and beyond clients’ expectations. O’Leary Consulting services a variety of trade channels, including supermarket, mass merchandisers, dollar/discount, and convenience.
